Liverpool could make more moves in the transfer market with a talks for Jude Bellingham believed to be ‘advanced’.

Liverpool are reportedly in ‘advanced talks’ for Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham with Jurgen Klopp looking to make the England international his next signing. The Reds are expected to add more to their squad over the upcoming transfer windows and here Express Sport looks at three players who could follow the teenager through the doors to Anfield.

Sofyan Amrabat

The Morocco midfielder has been one of the stars of the World Cup in Qatar as the north African nation progressed to the quarter-finals for the first time. The 26-year-old currently represents Serie A side Fiorentina but his contract expires in 2024 and the club may need to consider selling him in the upcoming transfer windows in order to maximise his value.

As a result, he has been heavily linked with a move away with such reports intensifying in light of his magnificent World Cup displays. Liverpool have been joined by Premier League rivals Tottenham in pursuing a move for his signature as they both seek to improve in the centre of the park.

Amrabat excels in the holding midfield role meaning he could be the perfect foil for Bellingham should he make the move to Anfield. He would be tasked with completing all of the dirty work allowing the teenager to thrive.

Enzo Fernandez

Another player who is enjoying an excellent World Cup is Enzo Fernandez. The 21-year-old has made himself a key man within the Argentina midfield and has been integral as they returned to form following their opening game loss to Saudi Arabia.

Liverpool are believed to be weighing up a move to pluck another one of Benfica’s top stars following the signing of Darwin Nunez in the summer. He has excelled in a holding role, dictating play from deep something which could help Bellingham if he joins as the Reds utilise their contacts to make both moves happen.
