Recently, there have been a lot of rumors about Chelsea looking for a potential new goalkeeper that we are starting to hear and witness.

As the phrase goes, “There is no fire without smoke,” and as we all know, Chelsea’s present goalkeeper problem is undoubtedly a fire that is currently smoldering.

Edouard Mendy’s future is now in major doubt, with a contract running low and losing his first team starting spot to Kepa Arrizabalaga. Kepa himself is also in very inconsistent form, meaning that even he is not guaranteed to have a future at Chelsea right now.

The club will look to buy a new stopper in the summer, that has been heavily reported by a wide range of outlets lately. But one name who used to come up a lot in previous years linked with Chelsea is coming back up again.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, as cited by Sport Witness, Chelsea and Manchester United are two of the clubs who have knocked on the door for Inter goalkeeper Andre Onana.
