Liverpool are currently in talks with West Ham United to sign academy starlet Amara Nallo, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Taking to his personal Twitter account (31 July), the centre-back, born 2006, is attracting interest from the Reds, with negotiations currently ongoing between the two clubs for his signature.
Amaro was part of the 12 academy youngsters who penned full-time Scholarship contracts with the West Ham Academy of Football back in May [WHUFC website, 9 May] and it seems he could be on his way out already.

Given the number of young academy starlets to already leave the Hammers over the past year, losing Amara could yet prove another damaging blow for such a burgeoning and famous academy setup.
West Ham’s youth setup is supposed to be one of the most attractive in the land, handing young and exciting talents the opportunity to develop in the academy, sending them out on loan and then handing them opportunities in the first team.
After losing one of their greatest academy products in Declan Rice, the Hammers should be hell-bent on continuing that tradition to find the next Rice.
Amaro is a gifted young product and given the lure of Liverpool right now, it may be difficult for West Ham to convince him to stay at the club. But it’s a tough job worth fighting for and the club simply can’t afford to be losing their fledgling young products to the best clubs in the land.
What message is that sending out in regard to the club’s future and sustainability where the club’s traditions are concerned?
