Tomiyasu, too, played for the entire 90 minutes.
Wataru Endo has not had the best of times at Liverpool so far this season.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has publicly said that it will take Endo time to get used to the Premier League and to the way that the Reds play.
However, the 30-year-old’s performance for Japan against Germany suggests that he could be a big player for Liverpool.
Wataru Endo could be a hit at Liverpool
Japan were brilliant against Germany.
Endo held his own in the middle of the park and imposed himself on the match.
The 30-year-old is a very dynamic defensive midfielder who works hard and gives his all.
We believe that Endo will eventually come good for Liverpool.
Liverpool are aiming to win the Premier League title this season.
Endo has made one start and two substitute appearances in the league for the Reds.
